Sergeant, Marine Artillery Brigade, 1,797 Defenders



L a Marine Artillery had 3,660 beds in 20 brigades and 4 officers in each. The Corps has Schools of Theory and Practice of Artillery for the instruction of its components in the three departments, and a head teacher, with competent subordinates number distributed in them.

Jacket with yellow sleeves and pouches, with two rows of buttons. Turquoise blue pants, bright crimson, with buttons from top to bottom. Capote turquoise neck crimson with sobremangas to meet them. Cocked hat with wire gallon for the troops and gold lace for officers, galoncillo in the clip, cockade and feather duster. Tapafunda Mantilla and turquoise. Whole boots, baggy knee . The trumpets take the short red jacket.

The symbolism of these soldiers and officers remained the same as for other troops who were outside the city of Cadiz.

Desise Milani Top Less




Taking advantage of my trip to Cadiz this summer was by beaches of Cape Trafalgar. After the commemoration of the battle of that name, can be found in the lighthouse way up to a roundabout with a plate commemorating the bicentennial and a panel explaining the battle once above. The views are breathtaking and if they give to the mind can fly and try to search the imagination could the show become that confrontation between the great powers of the sea.
